About Gaither Dynamic
Gaither Dynamic exists for one reason: clarity. When communities can see their data clearly, they understand their challenges, measure their progress, and direct resources where they matter most.
Founder
I started inside the work. As HMIS data analyst at the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition, I saw what every CoC sees: data that tells a real story, trapped in spreadsheets nobody has time to build.
I went on to serve as CTO of a Continuum of Care, then founded Gaither Dynamic in 2019 to do one thing well: turn HMIS data into dashboards a board member, a council member, or a federal monitor can read in 30 seconds.
Six years and 300+ dashboards later, I still build every product myself. That is on purpose.

Built to HUD 2026 Data Standards. NHPD launches as a free, public, national view of CoC performance.
