- HEAT, the Housing Emergency Access Tool. Coordinated entry assessment with no vulnerability score at all. Every determination explains itself, in words a participant can understand and a reviewer can reconstruct. I will run scenarios on the spot, and I would genuinely like you to try to break it.
- The System Performance console and the LSA console. Upload a hashed HUD CSV export and see your System Performance Measures, your data quality problems ranked by how much each one hurts, and a filter for the issues that touch what the competition scores. No accounts, no logins.
- The visualizations. More than forty charts about housing, emergency access, and system flow, each drawn three times over for a large, a mid-size, and a small community. Rate them right at the table. Every star and comment saves itself the moment you click it.
- The National Homeless Performance Dashboard and the CoC Funding Explorer. Public HUD data for every Continuum of Care in the country, and every CoC Program award dollar from FY2012 through FY2024.

Why stop by
Two reasons, and I will be straight about both.
The first is that these tools are free, and they might save your community real time this year. The second is that I need people who do this work to tell me where they are wrong. A conference floor is the best place I get all year to watch someone use something I built and see exactly where they hesitate.
So bring the hard questions. Tell me the chart is confusing, or the assessment asked something it should not have, or your vendor’s number does not match mine. That is the useful conversation, and it is the one I am coming for.
