30-minute discovery call

We learn your CoC, your HMIS vendor, what reports you run today, and where the pain is. No deck. Just a conversation.

Sample data dry-run

You send a hashed HUD CSV export (no PII required). We run it through the stack and show you the dashboard within a week.

Scope + timeline

Based on the dry-run, we propose which products fit (CAD, CSD, CPD, all three), a timeline, and a fixed price.

Build + automation

We wire up nightly refresh, set up data quality checks, and configure access. Most communities go live in 4 to 8 weeks.

Training + handoff

Your team gets a working session on the dashboards. Ongoing support is included; we are not a fire-and-forget vendor.

What we need from you

  • Read access to your HMIS export (HUD CSV format)
  • A point person on your CoC team for weekly check-ins
  • Sign-off on what gets shown publicly vs. privately

What you do not need

  • A data team. We bring the data plumbing.
  • BI software licenses. The dashboards run anywhere.
