CEO Gaither Stephens to present at FCEH 2025
I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the Florida Coalition to End Homelessness Conference in Orlando this October!
On Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10:15 a.m., I’ll be presenting:
From Raw Data to Real Impact: Using Visualizations to Drive Homeless System Change
This session will dive into how communities can better understand and improve their homeless response systems through the power of visualized data.
Topics I’ll cover include:
- Data collection and why it matters – building the foundation for trustworthy insights.
- Homeless system flow – seeing the movement through the system and identifying bottlenecks.
- Novel metrics and baseline homelessness – new ways to measure progress that go beyond traditional counts.
- Anscombe’s Quartet – a timeless lesson in why visualization is essential to avoid misleading numbers.
- Protecting vulnerable population data – balancing insight with strong security practices.
- Dashboards as decision tools – turning complex data into clarity.
- Building blocks of effective visualization – how to design reports that people can actually use.
This session is all about moving past static reports into clear, actionable visualizations that drive change.
The conference will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Walt Disney World Resort, bringing together leaders, practitioners, and innovators committed to ending homelessness.
If you’ll be attending, I’d love for you to join my session and connect in person. If not, stay tuned—I’ll be sharing highlights and takeaways afterwards on GaitherDyn.com.
